Boom
This expansive stretch of serpentine canyons known as The Adobes reaches from Colorado to Utah. It's composed of primarily Mancos Shale. On a cloudless day at high noon, they appear to some as a sort of wasteland. But, visiting them the early morning and evening hours, they come alive with soft colors, dancing shadows, and an abundent of wildlife.
