Using a small magnifying lens, I took a picture of one of the Painted Lady caterpillars now living in my classroom. Each day we examine and sketch the caterpillars, which live in small cups. They have enough food, water and air. When they reach chrysalis form, they will be transferred to a butterfly pavilion. Stay tuned for Stage Three.
