A good year for the desert
The Draa River taken from a car window in a panic. I just managed to get this shot with my phone as we drove over a small bridge. The vibrant colour or the river screams of the the importance of water in the desert and how it can transform a harsh and bland landscape into an explosion of colour and warmth...not to mention the economic and agricultural importance to the local desert communities along the banks of the mystical Draa river in the vast expanse of Morocco's "Great South".
