    At 9,500+ feet above sea level, Mt. Pulag, the highest peak in the island of Luzon in the Philippines, offers some of the most spectacular sunrises anywhere in the world. But as luck would have it, we were given something much more than that. With low clouds blanketing the mountain peaks below and a heavy overcast above, the sun, for a very brief moment, appeared between these two layers. The result was this once in a lifetime capture.
