I think this may be a male garden spider; however, I would like to know "beyond a shadow of doubt;" therefore, if someone could identify it for me it would be greatly appreciated. I have seen several of these around our house; especially near the outer walls and screens. I like this view because the shadow of the other spider in the background gives the scene depth.
