The panela is made from the juice of sugar cane. The juice is boiling at different step so the impurities are destroyed. This juice become a paste of sugar. A man form block with it and sell them. The panela is used as sugar or to treat some illness wiht water and lemon juice. It's like a tea. Panela can be on a different form. They add milk in it and it become a kind of candy.
