I took this in the Trinity Alps of Northern California. This is the Sierra Nevada little brother. The mountains still aren't the easiest to tackle, and they're California's most underrated backpacking locations. I wanted to the the busyness of the camping spot we were in, so I took long exposures until I liked the movement in the foreground and around the base of the mountain.
