Majuli in Assam is known as the largest river island in the world. The island is home to a unique Vaishnavite tradition, and monasteries belonging to the tradition dot the island. I was chatting with these boys - young studying monks in a monastery. I was trying to understand their daily routine at the monastery. At some point in time they were eager to display their skills and learning of yoga at the monastery and suddenly broke into this pose in a flash.
