He earn just to satisfy the needs of their stomachs . Besides, for the survival, they rear cattles and sell the milk. Though, they are not really poor, when the fact, the boy in the picture is suffering from brain tumor, predominates. The expenses are more than the money they have. Not giving up is what they did.
