    Found this old lady during a trekking expedition in the Khumbu region of Nepal. At such an age she was climbing a steep hill which was approx.1200 feet high with an approx. weight of 25 kilograms in her luggage cart! And the most astonishing part is- THAT WAS HER DAILY ROUTINE!
