    Cusco's Catedral del Cuzco o Catedral Basilica de la Virgen de la Asuncion. I've visited many cathedrals, especially in Europe, and nothing took my breath away as much as this one did. It is truly awe-inspiring, and the setting, at nearly 12,000 feet altitude surrounded by the Andes, is simply extraordinary.
