A local man turns me green with envy at his own home transport solution. Our red centre road trip had come to an end with rather a thud. Just over a thousand kilometres from our end destination, the car began to show signs of its tiredness. Pulled into a one sheep town, we put the vehicle in the hands of some bush mechanics, and we would be riding with her no longer. The end game was an unpleasant 16 hour bus journey all the way back to Brisbane, and a part to the trip I seldom like to remember.
