John had to take a short driving test before being allowed to hire this battery operated buggy at the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds' nature reserve at Minsmere, Suffolk on the East coast of England. What an inspiring idea of RSPB to help less able people explore and what a wonderful place it is with heathland, marshland and the sea, to be able to see so much wildlife in a small area!
