My first trip to Arches was plagued with night after night of clouds and rain that prevented me from capturing the desert stars in all their glory. On my last night I was rewarded with a clear sky so - with merely 4 hours to go before I had to be in next door Colorado for my flight home - I drove out quickly to capture the stars through the North Window. Shot was triggered from a remote as I was out in the pitch black desert by myself - an eerie yet exhilarating experience.
