I was so excited to see a toucan for the first time. I thought my bucket list had one check mark; how exciting! When a local looked at the photo she quickly taught me that there were 3 different kinds in Belize. The first I saw were collared aracari. So, then I realized I needed to spot the others. I did see more, I was lucky. This was was up close with thanks to my visit to the local Belize Zoo.
