Adversity has several spikes including hunger, illness, loneliness, melancholy, hopelessness, anger and frustration...that can easily deflate the air of confidence and wellbeing of anyone. Hope is the only thing which has the reinforcement of resilience to safeguard it against any odds and often buoys up people with its air of resurgence from the deepest and darkest waters of despondency.
