Walking the Malecon in Havana on a warm afternoon provides a cooling breeze and refreshing spray. This image gives a dramatic view of Morro Castle. This fort has guarded the island of Cuba (currently) since 1589. It is not uncommon to see children sitting or laying on the walkway in order to catch the spray of the crashing waves.
