It isn't easy taking a still picture of my cat, except when he is staring out the window at the pigeons that torment and entertain him every morning. I am always in awe of the innately wild gestures that this simple house cat puts on display as soon as the birds arrive; the constricted pupil, the swaying hips, his approach silenced by his furry paws and at last the final elegant attack that is disappointedly interrupted by an infuriating window screen.
