He couldn't resist, my friend of many decades, decided to get on the ride at the playground during the Festival of the Flowers of San Pedro de Paos. As we explored Costa Rica, we happened upon a festival in the middle of town. It was a magical little place, and we ended up staying for hours, meeting local folks, enjoying the music and dance along with the local food.
