Fider, one of our boat crew preparing the boat to park on the island due to an incoming thunderstorm that is about to hit. Fider is a young man in his early 20's working on fishing boat mainly and taking side jobs on expedition/travel boats for people who hire a group of crew to explore the islands of Raja Ampat. He is a remarkably hard working young man who loves the ocean and its inhabitants.
