This photo was taken in Oregon, summer of 2013. It was the first time I had ever introduced my Oregon family to a boyfriend. It was a pretty big deal and somewhat nerve racking for myself. This photo in particular is when we were visiting the beach and decided to take a break for some lunch & ice cream. My dad had an extra film camera & some extra black and white slide film, which is what I brought on this outing. This is one of the first photos I took of Tom with my dad & grandma together.
