I stopped, attracted by a field full of new lambs, their mothers, and daffodils. As I stood at the road, the farmer started down his driveway to bring in the herd for the night. He waved me in to offer me the chance to take closer photos of his prized sheep and lambs in among the daffodils. Then as I was shooting, he sent his beloved Border Collie out to do the herding. This little lamb was still busy feeding and almost fell over as his mother headed off with the herd.
