I know - SO cliché! I ventured out in the sweltering heat and headed for Leighton Art Centre just south of Calgary, AB. I was more interested in the landscape than the art gallery, and I was not disappointed. There is a lovely walk called "Sanctuary" and at the beginning of the short walk is this frame just waiting for you! I saw no one until I was back at the start of the walk, when this lone woman was just heading out. This spot is a gem, and I know I'll return there many times.
