My travel partner & I were hiking along the trails of Silver Falls State Park, in Oregon. The park is home to many beautiful waterfalls. As the sun was setting, we hiked our way back to the car. While my friend told me about the different species of flowers and ferns growing around us, I saw the sun peak though the trees and captured this photograph. On our journey home I gazed out the car window, and saw a sign for the next town..."Sublimity"... it was the perfect word for our adventure.
