I participated in a 5-day-long hike with a group of enthusiastic students - Hungarians and foreigners alike - from my university in the Pilis and Gerecse mountains in Hungary. We covered about 100 km between Budapest and Tata. We had lovely adventures! On the last day we came by an abandoned, old house which used to belong to some miner family 70 years ago. We immediately invaded the area with the fire of adventure and new discoveries in our heart. It was a sad, creepy and magical experience.
