    We got stuck in an high sierra lightning storm late in the afternoon, and when it cleared we hiked down Bench Canyon into a beautiful meadow that opened up into the Ritter Mountain Range. As the clouds from the storm parted, the setting sun lit up Mount Ritter and reflected its image onto a nearby pool of water.
