This is one of several photos I took in succession of a Sea Gull (I believe this to be a Ring-Bill Gull) that was trying to break this shell open buy dropping it from several feet up. It was so interesting to watch; after about the 4th or 5th attempt the shell finally broke open enough for the Gull to eat what was inside.
