I saw this man wearing headphones and feeding bits of bread to the birds, the birds were completely surrounding him, above him, around him, flying below him; he would raise his hand with the bread and the birds would swoop down and eat right from his hand. He would walk down the dock and the birds would follow him flying close behind.
