This is an HDR photo of a shadow cast by the ridge of a coastal rock onto another rock surface. I actually took the photo in a landscape orientation, but the camera software rotated it to this vertical orientation when I transferred it to the computer. I now prefer how it looks in this orientation. I like the abstract minimalism of the image.
