In December 2011 I was visiting a furniture factory in Surabaya, Indonesia. We were on a balcony on the second floor when we heard a commotion from below. At that moment a group of factory workers marched out of the entrance to the building directly below us, lined up in perfect order, and began singing the company song. I leaned over the balcony and snapped this image. A few minutes later the entire group marched back into the building to continue their workday. The moment was over.
