A world without energy is difficult to conceive, until one realizes we're thinking of oil and carbon energy. In fact, we find ourselves surrounded by energy. Be it the food we eat, giving us energy, the water, like this close up of a rapids, solar, wind, etc. So it's not a world without energy, rather a world without energy as we think of it.
