While on a business trip to Southern California I decided to go down to the beach. I found stairs off of the highway and after a short walk discovered this old stairway leading up to the houses on the cliff. A little online research and I found that they used to call this the "Pirate Tower" but it's actually just an old staircase that a homeowner built in the early 1900s.
