In May we went to Scotland. This church and it's corresponding graveyard were right across the street from the self catering cottage we rented in Moulin. The graves ranged from the time of the crusades up to today. When I took this shot, we had just walked back from a castle that was abandoned when the plague spread. The light was quickly fading, and the graveyard helped set the mood the castle, and it's story, had started.
