Standing on the shore of Hangover Bay near Cervantes, Western Australia, this shot of myself (thankfully at a distance and in shadow :) has me looking up a the core of the galaxy as it (slowly) descends into the Indian ocean. Obviously, the camera captures more than the eye, but even then the milkyway was very bright this night of August - and I had the beach all to myself (no surprise at 2am in the morning).
