    Reported by:

I was on a yoga retreat in west Wales when I spotted this beautiful stag beetle. He was on his back, legs wriggling, in a bathroom with no way to rescue himself. In the spirit of Ahimsa (the yogic principle of no harm) I lifted him out and released him back into the wild where he quickly scurried away to get on with his day.
