    I love trying to get a picture of these. It's very challenging because they move so fast but I think they are fascinating. I've seen them since I was a child in our local streams but never knew they were called Water Striders until I took this picture. I was lucky enough to get this shot of one with another insect he caught. They communicate with each other by making ripples in the water with their legs.
