    Lady of the Dunes was an unexpected result of photographing reflections from a silver bowl. I can not explain how the reflection appeared to be that of a women standing on a beach with her arms raised. Sand dunes seem to be in the background. Coincidentally, a news story was broadcast around the time the photograph of the silver bowl was taken. It was about an unsolved murder that happened on Nantucket a decade ago. They called the victim, "The Lady of the Dunes," hence the photo's title.
