At only 14 I joined a group called Keokuk Sister Cities. We became sister cities with Kai, Yamanashi, Japan in 1994. Ever since a strong relationship has been made between our two countries that will last forever. I got to go the summer of 2014. On this beautiful day in Japan we got to visit the famous Mount Fuji. I was blown away by how breathtaking it was. It felt as if it were a dream. I wonder what great experiences will come to me in the future.
