RAPS, a cat sanctuary in Richmond, BC, Canada, houses many displaced domestic cats needing homes. Some of these cats have feline AIDS and cancers, which can only be housed together and not allowed to roam in the courtyards for bot their health and the other cats. While I cannot push my human emotions on it, I would only imagine how much it wishes it could roam outside this balcony! My imagination sees some cute little stars above.
