Young children commit to their chores of fetching water in a river basin. Its an interesting and depressing thought to think what these children's futures hold compared to the likes of children halfway around the the world. Nonetheless, the Burmese people show extreme resilience to their impoverished lives by invoking a minimalistic lifestyle and having amazingly friendly attitudes. I took this photo last year, just north of Yangon, Burma.
