Edit Photo Details Moon, Venus, Mars, and the ISS   #moon #dawn #mars #venus #iss #conjunction
I rose before sunrise, and went to a favourite spot near my home that overlooks Georgian Bay so that I could see and photograph a close grouping of the crescent Moon, Venus, and Mars. Venus is to the right of the Moon, and Mars is the small dot to the Moon's left. What I hadn't expected was that the International Space Station would also be gliding overhead at the same time, and joining the scene. The ISS is shown by the streak in the sky to the upper left of the Moon.
