North of Buenos Aires, in the quaint town of Tigre, lies the Parque de la Costa, a themepark named for its coastal location. Even during the off-season, when this picture was taken, the park looked cheery and inviting from our boat ride down the Parana River, and the ferris wheel added some color to the clear blue winter sky.
