    By early August farmers across Iceland have rolled their hay and wrapped them in white protective plastic, making them look like marshmallows dotting the landscape. Only in Iceland could this level of whimsy be part of everyday life. Even beyond the waterfalls and glaciers, Iceland IS the Best of the World.
