This is an HDR photo of the top of a rock above the surface of the river that is reflecting the clouds passing overhead. To me, this image is a visual metaphor for the fragility, vulnerability and precariousness of human life on this earth, our planet that is a small bit of rock in the vastness of the cosmos. Our existence and continuing journey would seem to confirm having faith that as individuals, and as a species, the universe needs us and we are meant to be here.
