    After the flood that took place in July this year in the rural parts of howrah and hooghli districts of West Bengal , India...it took a while to get the nearest highways and roads dry and even then the acres of lands , crop fields and villages remained inundated. The villagers were forced to relocate to the make shift shelters and tents roadside or move ahead to find some dry land.
