This picture was captured at Bhigwan in Maharashtra, India. Flamingos make these shallow backwaters of a dam their base from December till March. It was early morning and the birds were at the height of activity. The picture was taken from a small boat in the middle of the lake. It was quite difficult to focus as the boat was bobbing and there was no place for a tripod. Managed some in focus shots. This is one of them.
