One of pair of blue Herons watching over their habitat from a tree at the side of the pond. This pond is very close to a noisy public park with Airplanes flying over and a busy golf course nearby and yet the pond is home to herons, egrets and cormorants. Also beavers and muscrats. Showing yet again that animals and humans can co-exist in relative harmony.
