Mt.Harmukh ,peak elevation 5142 meters.The highest peak of Kashmir valley . This mountain lies in the Himalayan range . Kashmir valley on its south and Karokaram on its north . This photo was taken in the month of September 2015 . The glaciers on this peak look not so healthy as the mountain looks naked . The effect of global warming can been noticed in this picture . This is the south side of Harmukh and can be approached from Botshhri Mountain. Almost 4 to 6 hours of steep ascend .
