Krider's Red-tailed Hawk. Krider's is a pale morph of the eastern borealis subspecies of the Red-tailed Hawk. It breeds on the northern Great Plains and winters mainly in the mid-south around the Mississippi Valley. This color morph intergrades with both the eastern borealis and the western calurus subspecies, creating a lot of extreme variations in plumages.
