    Edit Photo Details A face to face with a Mantis   #wildlife #animal #insect #prayingmantis #macrophotography #canonphotography #closeup_animals #closeup_animals_1
I had been seeing this mantis on a window glass from my office desk for some minutes and then an idea crossed my mind like This should be an occasion for Nat Geo assignments! i grabbed my camera and got closer to the mantis, shot many pictures from different angles, and when i saw it looking at my lens, i said "It's now or never"! I focused on the head and shot the picture, then i realized that the rain drops one the other side of the glass were even making the picture look more good.
